— OUR PROCESS —
How We Handle Orders
STEP 1
Call us to see if we have your vehicles application or we can reference your current shock part numbers. We like to measure your vehicle's "Shock Ride Height" to determine your vehicle's specific needs. For reference, you can use our informative Shock Measurement Guide.
STEP 2
Fill out our Shock + Dimensions Form with your vehicle's information and any shock measurements if custom suspension modifications have been made. We'll follow up with any additional questions and prepare a custom quote if needed.
STEP 3
One of our HD Shocks Advisors will reach out and explain the available options for your vehicle. We will then take your order when you're ready to purchase them. Once your HD Shocks are ready, will ship them directly to you, or your trusted mechanic, for installation.
