Register your purchase to activate your 1-Year Limited Warranty

HD Shocks, a division of Shocker Motorsports Inc., 6619 Rosedale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA 93308, warrants to the original retail purchaser that each new HD Shocks shock absorber is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions for the vehicle application for which it was designed.

This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the vehicle’s original retail sale date (for OEM-installed applications) or from the original retail purchase date (for direct or dealer sales). The warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.

To initiate a warranty claim, the original retail purchaser must contact HD Shocks directly at 661-243-0020 or sales@hdshocks.com and provide proof of purchase, vehicle year, make and model, and basic installation details. HD Shocks may request ride height measurements (center-to-center with the vehicle weight on the suspension) and photographs to evaluate the concern.

If inspection is required, a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number will be issued with shipping instructions. Claims occurring within the first ninety (90) days from original purchase may be directed to King Shocks for inspection and service. After ninety (90) days, approved shocks will be directed to HD Shocks. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the designated service location.

If a shock absorber is determined to be defective under this Limited Warranty, HD Shocks will repair or replace the product with a comparable model at its option. Repair is the preferred remedy.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear, cosmetic finish wear, improper installation, incorrect ride height, use outside intended application, abuse, neglect, impact damage, corrosion, modification, racing or competition use, or any labor, removal, installation, towing, or downtime costs.

Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty. HD Shocks is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
