What we collect
What you give us. When you request a quote, use Fit Check or Find My Shock, send a message, or call or email us, we collect what you share: your name, phone, email, ZIP code, vehicle details, measurements, notes and any photos you upload.
Forms you start but don't finish. Once you enter a phone number or email in our quote form, we save what you've typed so far, even if you don't hit submit. That way we can pick up where you left off.
Ride Score. If you use Ride Score, it may use your phone's motion and location sensors during your test drive to measure bounce and sway. Your phone asks your permission first, and you can say no. We save your score and the trip details you enter.
Basic visit information. Like most websites, our hosting records basic information about visits, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and the site that sent you. We use it to improve the site.
Saved in your browser. We store a few small items in your browser, like the vehicle type you picked and whether you've watched the shock walkthrough, so the site remembers them next time.
How we use it
To answer your questions, match the right shocks to your vehicle, send quotes, process orders, handle warranty and rebuilds, and follow up on requests you started.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information. Outside our own team, we only share it with:
- Service providers that run the site and our business for us, like hosting, email and our internal records. They can only use it to do that work for us.
- Our payment provider, if you buy online. We never see or store your full card number.
- Dealers and installers, only if you ask us to connect you.
- Anyone the law requires, like a court order.
How long we keep it
We keep quote, order and warranty records as long as we need them to support your shocks, or longer if the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to fix or delete it, or ask us to stop following up. Call or email us and we'll take care of it. California residents also have the right to know what we collect and to ask us to delete or correct it, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Kids
This site is for adults buying parts for their vehicles. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
